Over the past 10 years, the Gold Coast Academy of Sport has delivered a successful rugby union academy program annually leading into the season. Each year the program has been delivered for players between the ages of 13 – 15 years depending on the target age agreed upon by the coaching staff.

The Gold Coast Academy of Sport is seeking expressions of interest for the paid position of 13-U15 year Rugby Union head coach and assistant coach for the 2025 Academy Program ahead of the upcoming season. This is a fantastic opportunity to mentor and develop young athletes within a high-performance environment, contributing to their growth both on and off the field as they prepare for the season ahead. We are looking for an experienced and passionate coach who can foster a positive, competitive atmosphere while focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The program is set to be delivered on a Monday evening starting late January over an 8 week period. This is in collaboration with our venue partner and coach. The program delivery will be discussed and confirmed with the successful coaches.
