With a slightly new name, now named 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮, the program will see a new format take place. Broken into 3 blocks the program will take emerging athletes through a range of high-performance areas focusing on building good habits, skills and knowledge to help them reach the next level in their chosen sport.
The Future Stars program caters to emerging athletes from the ages of 12 to 16 years of age and will be delivered on Friday nights over a 6-month period from March to September.
